Organization Name: Omega Sentinel
Type: Other/Deemed 'Vulture'
Established: 40 years ago (Original group)
Base of Operations: Clop-class Cruiser currently docked at the PLANT "Juniper"
Other Details: Emblem(current):
Their Emblem didn't have the claw marks when they were in the military.
History:
It was 10 years into the war that birthed this force. The military pulled from already established divisions to create the force Omega Sentinel. Drawing from skilled pilots that were deployed in different locations, Omega Sentinel attempted to bring some of the best pilots together. The force was a very effective and infamous one throughout the military. Despite only using refurbished Minovsky Fusion Generator Mobile Suits, the force was very effective and their operation success rate was 95%.
A very distinguished star rose in the heart of Omega Sentinel in the form of ace pilot Fred Reber. This Newtype and his Mobile Suit, the RX-93 v2 Hi-Nu Gundam was at the forefront of every battle Omega Sentinel was a part of. And many say that he was the reason their victories.
As the war raged on, Omega Sentinel's members earned many commendations and medals of service. But even with all those metals, the feeling that this war will never end weighed heavy in their hearts. Their feelings out of battle remained their depressed way until the final battle drew every one of Omega Sentinel's members in. The final battle was hectic and not even half of the force survived, but the battle ended in a victory.
The aftermath of the war was difficult. After the war, there wasn't many members left compared to the original sized. Displeased about the way the government was running after the war, Fred Reber made a risky decision. Him, with the rest of Omega Sentinel, left the military. The captain of their ship, along with the crew and mobile suit pilots, all agreed to leave with their ship and become what would later be called "Vultures".
Omega Sentinel wasn't totally safe, though. In AI 0010, MS Hunters attacked their ship. They had no problem dispatching the attackers, but they found out they weren't forgotten and that they needed to watch their backs.
