As the voice forced itself into her cockpit a wry smile came upon her lips, so her staying here had doubled in worth. For now the liar revealed themselves. Her gaze however pierced further than the rest could, the Curious Goat delving deep into the Sheep's presence and discovered something... unexpected. Yet not unwelcome.
Besides her the Virgola went limp, causing the smile to fade. She didn't go overboard did she? She needed him to grow separate from his sphere as a control group not be turned into a vegetable. She'd give him some time, no need rushing things but at the same time. Wait, wasn't she forgetting about something.

In a snap turn the Weissritter looked at the reinforcement, information flooding as she laid her eyes upon it. Or well, upon its fist drawing close.

Impact.

The ominous crunch of metal combined with the squish of flesh as the Zest's fist came in contact with the Demonic Knight, its chest visibly denting in as on the inside the pilot saw the far wall of her cockpit draw closer to her. The force of the blow however sent her flying away from the Virgola. She impacted the back of her chair, blood forcing itself out of her mouth- blood. Blood was expandable, replaceable, replaced already. An expended expenditure for information, blood, sweat and tears were the three costs. Her blood, Kenneth's tears and everyone's sweat. Her mind raced, going everywhere and nowhere as she aimed her gaze towards the Zest.

As the Weissritter hung in the night sky, its gaze redirecting alongside its pilot the writhing of flesh could be heard the fist print of the Zest being pushed out of the frame of the pure demonic knight, the green light in its chest illuminating further coating the monster in a mix of green spheres and red lights from the Taura as flesh reformed.
Beams were weakened, a frame built to take distant attacks, but a barrier she could pierce with the insight of her sphere.
Words.. First to assure that the liar would play nicely as the Howling Launcher was aimed towards the Chojin Zest.

"Well aren't you quite the surprising appearance, Reactor of the Black Sheep."
Five Spheres were here currently, no wonder his likes were drawn here.
"The two of them seem to be cooperating, what say you we show them some teamwork of our own for this battle?"

He was a curiosity, his presence drew her in. And she reasoned that as she could read the truth of his reply a partnership was perfect to be proposed, the green glow of the sphere muddling her reason as it did now she delved into it that feeling was reinforced. Likewise the Zest was almost geared to counter her in some forms, but she- she would stand.

The sound of a shot ringing through the air, illuminated by the Taura's assault against the sheep the bullet began heading towards the Zest, simultaneously the Rein Weissritter dashed to the left, the thruster on its back now leaving a distinct trail of green from the previous white light as she delved into the sphere's power the energy it offered became more and more.
A second shot, still from the front. And while the first aimed for the shoulder this one went for the thigh. But they were distractions, with its speed the Rein would suddenly ascend four shots still ready in the chamber and now gazing down at the Zest two sets of two shots came almost impossibly quick after one another. Two aimed at each wing as she sought to send the giant plummeting to earth.

Five Spheres. All gathered together in what must have been the first time in millennia- And one had been stolen. Of course their timing couldn’t have been any worse. As the strange, flesh like machine started to fire off bullets, the Protector was just trying to wrap her head around what was going on. She braced for the impact of the first two shots, exploding against her arms, thankfully not damaging her too much- but then the two shots from above were a much larger problem.

With a mighty push of the wings, both were spared getting sheared off by the physical rounds- although she did promptly crash down into the earth below her as a result. The second mysterious suit was strange all on its own, and Zest got a better look at it as they stood back up, it was... Alien.

The titan took a defensive stance on the ground, letting herself return to her standard form. It was just an energy drain- and right now, looking at a beast that had been wrecked two of her allies, stolen one of their spheres? The fear was mounting inside of herself- inside of Zest. What was she supposed to do if they J.R.’s Sphere? That alone could be devastating for the world, devastating for the galaxy! Two monsters with that much power?! There would be nothing anyone could do to-

You idiot. You would stop them.

Power surged within the alien, radiating outside of her form as she looked back up at two opposing mobile weapons. She wouldn’t let this planet die as well. No. She would protect this family she has found, she would not fail this time. The massive android shrank to half its size, nearly twenty meters before jumping back up into the air, aiming a massive kick back into the Demonic Knight.

“Give me back that sphere, you mortal BITCH!

"The Curious Goat."

Arietis regarded its mortal foe wearily. The gathering of the Spheres was already causing the Lying Black Sheep to resonate powerfully, each pulse of energy sending new shudders through his body. Yes, he felt - the hostility present in these ancient artifacts, the accumulated grudges of thousands of years of conflicting existences... all of it was rising to the fore. The tusked, gem-laden machine's eyes narrowed into slits at the Weissritter's suggestion, but it did not decline the offer.

Who, after all, would take the word of a liar?

"...The prize that awaits you beyond the Silver Door..." He said instead, almost to himself.

"I wonder if even you can comprehend it?"

With that, his attention was turned to the sudden light that was filling the air as the Pleiades Taura's devastating ordinance slammed down towards him. The clouds turned a bright crimson as the battleship's broadside slammed down through the heavens, causing Arietis to crouch, as though flinching. It seemed to disappear for a moment, swallowed by the intensity of the cannonfire-

But as the smoke cleared, it instead burst into the air, the crystalline shield about its form shattering into a thousand constituent pieces. Dimensional Power thrusters on its back lit up, carrying it up into the sky at a speed that its crude shape would not have alluded to.

"And the Covetous Ox." Continued the Sheep, unhurriedly.

"Some of your men may have survived... Yet, you were the one who led them to their deaths. Are you really fit to lead them, after that?" He said, giving a low sigh.

"Yes... With that [greed] of yours."

As it began to close on the underside of the ship, the crystal mass at the heat of the machine glowed brightly, directly channeling the awesome power of the Sphere, sending a spectacular cascade of colors through the DEC chunks that riddled its form.

"Allow me to sate your hunger, beast! BLOODY VINE!"

A series of bright red lights - like miniature versions of the battleship's own, burst from Arietis' heart and limbs, six total all lancing through the air, twisting and turning as they danced across the sky, aimed to puncture the underside of the Taura as it prepared its next onslaught. For the moment, he left the Virgola and the alien alone - with the Spheres all singing in unison...

It was only a matter of time before this one joined their chorus.

At the sight of the cannon barrage hitting the enemy, J.R. was quick to celebrate. One of his attacks had finally hit the enemy at hand, however, as soon as the bright red glow started to gleam through the dust cloud, he was perplexed to find the enemy shield breaking.

It could not be that easy, the enemy was already in the sky and heading towards his ship. It was not the first time they wanted to attack it from their blind-spots. "My friend, you'll find no exit in your attack. It's not the first time and I'm already getting tired of it!" He said as he targeted the incoming unit with the ship's Proton Missiles. Barrages of bright red missiles went right after the approaching enemy.

Obviously, JR knew that they could get rid of the missiles easily, as seen by the shield. The best thing he could do for the moment was testing how agile it was in order to determine what attacks should be fired on the unit. He quickly began to steer the ship in order to always have the enemy at sight, however, the communications were an obvious problem. This enemy was sprouting nonsense over the communication channel.

"Covetous Ox? Greed? I don't care about anything you're saying right now! By the lives of my fallen interns, you will fall!" said JR, while angry at the mysterious voice.

Right after that, was that he saw the crystal trails appear all over his surroundings. "What kind of magic is this? There should be no way of doing this!".

JR was surprised at this attack, his instinct demanding he fired his cannon at them. That would be enough to destroy these dangerous trails that surrounded the ships.

"Come on, men! Don't let their deaths be in vain! Aid against the enemy!" JR said with determination. The ships obeyed his orders, aiding with their own missile barrages to both prevent the trails from expanding and to damage the enemy unit.

With Zest taking the time to recover her attention, no her curiosity, guided her to the Sheep's words. Scratching her chin at the remark about the Silver Gate, a challenge from the purveyor of lies to the seeker of curiosities. What more fitting an introduction could she receive her gaze shifting slightly down as the tips of her fingers were now coated with her own blood. Nevertheless with the man selecting his target the meaning behind his actions was clear to her. A smile pursing onto her lips as she wiped away the blood resting on it still.
"We should find some time to talk, you have such interesting tales to spin after all."

The Rein Weissritter's gaze moved down to the Zest as the spent cartridges from her bullets clattered down to the ground. The dent it had made slowly beginning to undo itself, moving back to its regular shape as the green mass of flesh pulsed with energy.
"Oh and you may tell the spider in the web of wool that they needn't fear my presence anymore." It was only a honest remark that she wouldn't need to tell herself, that man was now in the ranks of Kenneth, the control group and she was supplied with a replacement already to keep track of.

And now, her attention was wholly on the Chojin Zest below her. It had been kind enough to discard its wings even. Perfect.

The gun was aimed towards the oncoming enemy, now notably smaller than before but it was not her intention to shoot.
"That was rather rude Archer, I'll decline." She answered the alien with its petty insults "Nor am I willing to trade."
Smugness radiated, the kind of smugness from one who had the other in the exact situation they wanted them.
The pilot of the Demonic Knight may have changed recently, likely for the worse, but she was still 'herself' and this... this was her element.

With a flick of the wrist the tail of the rifle grabbed something from behind the Rein Weissritter, a capsule suddenly dislodged and being flung towards the Chojin Zest. Anyone who had ever seen a Gespenst in action knew what these were, split missiles and as the enemy sphere user approached the Demonic Knight instead flew upwards leaving the capsule of explosives behind. It was true, the Standing Archer was fast, but she... She was even faster.

"Standing Archer," She called out to her foe. The foe that by all means aught to win this duel except for one thing, she knew its weakness the Goat had shown her. And the repairs her steed did already helped in this plan of hers, all she needed to do to witness the Standing Archer and gauge its reactor was stall them, she was on a timer after all. The Beam Cannons on her left arm were pointed down, shooting the capsule right as the Chojin grew close.

"Can you overcome me in time?"
Oh she was so excited, she barely couldn't contain herself. Already four spheres of the eleven she wanted to check on here. The beams shot downwards one piercing the canister and the other two continuing onto the Archer. Using the explosion of a full canister of Split Missiles the Rein Weissritter would reposition itself, moving swiftly to the backside of the enemy sphere user yet retaining her height, her eyes drawn on the cloud of smoke.

They were fast- fast as all hell, and Zest didn't quite have the mid-air maneuverability that the Weissritter had in stride. The beam blasts would carry past Zest, tearing at her skin slightly, but they weren't the main intent of that blast. The explosion engulfed the alien, the cloud of smoke holding fast around them while it almost seemed that Zest had disappeared into it.

At least, it would until two rainbow colored discs launched out of the explosion, the smoke cloud dissipating as Zest gave it's wings a push, floating in midair on it's impractical wings, arms spread out as the light on their palms faded.

"Spectrum Slash!"

The disks would turn back in on each other, in an attempt to pincer the enemy weapon.

The Arietis rose into the sky, incandescent fire sending mad reflections across its crystalline body, following the arc of the Pleiades Taura as it burst through the clouds. Down came the missiles - one, two, three, bursting in loud, violent explosions all about him, jagged blades ripping out to expertly tear the warheads apart before they got into striking distance as it closed the gap, moment by moment.

Yet, not even the Lying Black Sheep could entirely halt the barrage on its lonesome. The explosions from the rounds fired by JR's surviving crew snapped at its limbs, slowing its ascent, tearing chunks from its legs as its eyes seemed to glow with renewed fury.

"Gngh... My strength is certain...!" Rumbled the Sheep, as the Sphere machine drew level with JR.

"If what I have, is what you desire-"He called out,

"If that greed burns in your heart-"

The Arietis pulled up, directly in the path of the charging vessel. As it did so, the chunks of DEC across its body began to shine brightly, channeling the power of the Sphere deeply, as they began to expand out, the crackling and roaring of the expanding minerals as it began to gather a truly immense amount of energy in its body sending shockwaves through the air, a reverberation that could be felt right in the heart of the Pleiades Taura.

"Then here! COME AND GET ME!"

JR felt relieved as the barrage of missiles hit the enemy machine's body. The current strategy was working, all they needed was to up their game against this fiendish foe who seemed to be able to resist the barrage without being completely destroyed.

Every other member of the fleet felt the shockwaves hit their ships, but JR sensed something else apart from that, he felt uneasy at the Arietis' current actions, as if he knew how much energy it was gathering, but this was no time to fall back. JR ordered the rest of the ships to continue the barrage but to quickly change their formation, they would take a V formation, with the Pleiades Taura leading the squadron in the center. That way, were the enemy to fire the attack the leader presented, the golden ship would be able to defend the surrounding units from the incoming energy blast.

JR was ready for the worst of cases, but desired to keep protecting his underlings.

"You wanted it!" JR answered to the provocation. Right as he ended his sentence, the main cannons of the Pleiades Taura started to shine, letting out a powerful energy blast from them directed to the Arietis. The ships that were right at the Pleiades's sides followed through with their respective cannons aimed at the enemy, while the ships that stood further from the enemy bombarded the surroundings of their foe with Protons Missiles, in order to limit their movements.

She smiled as the smoke devoured her foe, she was so glad that trick still worked even on those with nigh omnipotence. It had been a favorite of her since the academy where she made effective use of it already. Seeing- Learning that it still worked was a source of glee as the Howling Launcher was readied. Until- technicolor lights erupted from the black cloud.

The smoke spread apart, torn to shreds by the by the discs unveiling the Zest from within like a hero stepping onto stage, the Weissritter gazing at one of the approaching disks before coming to a realization that those had more than ample fire power to tear her whole machine to shreds if they landed a direct hit. She wasn't quite ready to investigate the afterlife yet, too many things to yet discover among the living one might say. It shot up, thankfully for her the attack was not an omnidirectional one intending to flank her from both left and right rather than those, up, down, front and back.

Still it forced her on the defensive for the moment, a mad smile upon her features all the same as the discs collided below her, it was like a disco ball with how many colors and lights were on display, illuminating the Devil from below as the Proton missiles gave the air behind it a dark red hue when they passed. The Arietis behind acting as a descending star illuminating the night sky as if the lie of day had come.
At this moment, half of the armor from the machine's left foot slid off, a clean cut evident, one which made itself further known as the writhing green tendrils began leaking a sap onto the now exposed 'muscles' of the machine, several of them falling down below with the armor of the left leg into the blender below where they were torn to shreds within instants, their falling forms casting a grim shadow on their source above, whose foot was now dangling slightly. The molten sole finally no longer dripping but now wounded even worse.

During its prior escape one cut had come across it, just the one during its ascent. Which had cut halfway into its foot, just one cut. One clean cut, nearly removed the entire foot from its rightful place at the end of the leg. Her smile turned slightly sour but then once more upside down- the contest wasn't over yet as the shockwave ripped through the air, shaking all the armor on her machine and causing it to clatter in fiendish applause for its 'ally' the wings remained static, the pilot within staring down at the Archer. The Pure Knight it aimed its weapon down, the sphere within it shining in the light.

Before calmly, gently, its finger lay on the trigger, as if saying 'I can shoot'. But the trigger was not pulled, instead it merely hovered there.

"How about you watch and learn a bit."

Indigo couldn't quite put together why her opponent was hesitating- Her opponent could probably fuck her up considerably

The alien knew they were in a tight spot with this all right now, and she doubted she and JR could take on the two of them on their own. But with his ships raining fire upon the secondary enemy, Indigo had some time to spare. The urge to just turn and run was at the forefront of her mind, and she knew she could get away. But right now, she had two enemies who could probably kill her for good this time.

And right now she didn't have to worry about defending herself.

"Spectrum Napalm!"

Zest flew forward under the Weissritter, not letting a second of this hesitation go to waste. As fast as they could manage, the Titan flew through the mess of cannon fire and missiles that the Pleiades was laying down, a few shots blowing them off target for a moment, falling down to the surface for a moment as she got closer.

And from below, arms crossed, Indigo fired off her Spectrum Beam, a repeat of her first meeting with JR- But this time, both working together instead of accidentally killing each other.

"Covetous Ox! See for yourself-"

The gathered energy crackled all across Arietis' frame, the abomination glowing so brightly it was like a miniature star. The fleet before it opened fire... and within the cockpit, the Lying Black Sheep cast a baleful, shadow-wreathed grin. It was too late.

"THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR POWER!"

Arietis flung its arms wide - and the world shattered.

The space around the Taura and its fellows crumpled and writhed, the sky falling way to a strange, multi-colored, distorted space. Anyone who had spent any time around the entities known as DAMON would realize instantly what it was: A Dimensional Quake. The kind that was sure to bring an invasion of those monstosities - but, instead of remaining still, it expanded, billowing out, mercilessly swallowing the space around the fleet until it was suspended in a bubble of reality.
1615515248730.png

"Truth! Dreams! REBIRTH! INNOCENT UNIVERSE!"

1615515497693.png

Around the corner of JR's vision, a gigantic, crystalline claw came into view. The Arietis rose, towering over the Pleiades Taura, hundreds and hundreds of meters tall, glaring down at its foe with contempt, two yellow eyes like flaming candles against a mad, uncaring galaxy. One hand came up... and came crashing down, with such force that the atmosphere burned all around it, right down onto the command center of the Taura, with easily enough mass and force to smash both him, and his entire fleet apart if something wasn't done-

As the space warped around the Pleiades Taura and the fleet of ships, JR felt how his plan came tumbling down. The giant claw only confirmed how hopeless they were.
The crew was already panicking, consumed by the fear of their imminent death, the attacks halted down. However, there were only two men able to boost up their will to fight, JR and Vile. JR got into the communications channel to lay down a message to the crew.
"Fools! What nonsense is this? Are you already going to give up at the slightest inconvenience? It's your time to show your worth as employees of our glorious company. If you desire to keep living, follow our lead!"
JR ignited the boosters of the ship to its maximum speed and headed towards the giant claw that fell down to them like a meteorite. Wishing to win the fight, he started accumulating energy in all the ship's cannons in order to fire it in a great blast. He
desired to keep living, he desired to protect his employees, but most of all, he desired to kick the butt of this enemy that so dared to try and kill them.
The crew captains, remotivated by their leader, followed his lead with their energy cannons.

The only remaining thing he could do was to declare his intentions. "YOU ARE ABOUT TO SEE OUR STRENGTH".
It was at that moment, that JR's desire reached its peak. His eyes turned a bright yellow and it could be seen how the cannon beams started merging into one single powerful blast. Not only that, but it could be felt how energy from its surroundings (mainly all the ships' energy) started joining the blast.

Inside the cockpit the pilot of the white knight simply laughed, letting the Archer pass underneath without opposition. Oh that had been a mistake- not on her part of course the Sheep could handle himself this alliance being one merely to mirror the two that opposed them. No no no, in face the man's reply to the added duress was almost appreciated something to note, something to know. Knowledge gained at no price of her own.

In fact, the Rein Weissritter followed after the Archer, calmly and the Sheep made an oh so beautiful distraction. But alas, her eyes must go elsewhere- For resting atop the Pleiades Taura was her intended target once more. So calm and serene, having counted sheep he went to sleep. Or rather a firm mental bludgeoning she was not about to repeat for if she did so she would drown in the wave herself. Which she just couldn't do.

As grand proclamations of strength and virtue, rallying cries for peers to survive against the assault, rang in the sky like thunderclouds rumbling. Lightning mere moments from striking as two titans prepared to clash. As all that happened the diminutive form of the Goat simply strolled into the field to graze, with the ascent of the Taura its intended target began to slip, which was good for her as that meant she didn't have to grab it amidst that massive beam firing. First came the Carver, which plunged down. She had no intent on saving it now, they could retrieve it after. But the other part of the set, the Virgola itself would easily be caught by its prior assailant and saved from the following plunge.

How amusing, she thought, taking something from the Ox underneath his nose at the precise moment its greed became manifest. Now carrying the machine she calmly moved to the side, the rest could have their spectacle. She had her 'Victory' in hand and thus blue flames erupted in the air behind her, forming one by one, making a circle and filling that circle with pure darkness. She had seen what she came here to see, though things did not go as expected she was glad for it. The White Knight looked down to the one she had robbed.

A smile came upon her lips, she had intended to let him move around and about on his own as a comparison between the reactors who had lost their spheres and those who hadn't. Now the first sheep had joined that testbed as a member of the control group she could test further. Oh but it wouldn't do to leave her 'peer' as it was, she had enough honor for that so she called out over the comms.

"Archer! Ox! Thank you for the wonderful time, I had a lot of fun." Her words, worst of all, were genuine "But I'll be going now, and our friend here will be coming with so if you want to say your goodbyes do so quickly and I'll be sure to repeat them to him when he wakes up again."
The Weissritter slowly began backing into the portal behind it, deliberately taking its time to give her foes a small window to impede its retreat, something to get the heat off of its 'friend'.

"And Sheep, a marvelous display. I will eagerly await the webs you weave of wool. Though I recommend you do not make me participate but rather let me remain a spectator, for your own best interest of course." She wondered, how quickly were they going to come to the defense of their peer. If at all.

As the Weissritter had grabbed the Virgola, the Carver came to Zest, trailing behind the quicker of the two.

All they could do was watch as the demon flew their ally over, their taunt filling the radio. And as time seemed to slow down for the alien, the realization of what was to come hit her hard.

Either abandon JR and his crew to chase after Kenneth and the Virgola, or to lose Kenneth, and then face down the Sheep to save JR. No way to save them both, the fear of failure washing over her. Nothing in the arsenal to pull out and use as the secret trump card. Just failure.

That dread made the crystal on the giant's chest flicker for the briefest of moments-

And for that moment, she was back home, watching the Annihilation Wave tear through the cosmos as she desperately held the sphere, trying to will it's power to save them.

The Goat's taunts were drowned out as Indigo started to howl.

Anger, rage, and above all, defiance, simply to spite the fates that repeatedly tried to sever their thread.

The Fleet would not fall, as Chojin Zest flew into the quake that had swallowed JR and his Ships, eyes and timer glowing a vibrant green as their form swelled, far beyond what they had ever achieved before. They held the lives of everyone in JR's fleet in their hands

As the Arietis' claw came to crash down, it would meet with a European Uppercut to it's fingers as a Titan scaled Indigo slammed it's fist into their opponent, with a hooting call. If all went as intended, the arm would be pushed back, and replaced with Zest's, shielding the ships behind it's forearm for a moment.

Within the illusory cloud, the Sheep chuckled to himself as he saw the scenario play out before him. The Goat was leaving - and though it meant he would lose track of the Virgo, it wasn't something he could reasonably prevent... for now. However, if he was able to attain the strength of one of these two, well... Not even the Curious Goat would be able to stand against him!

The Arietis descended upon the fleet, gunfire raining all about it as they struck at the mirage. The bridge was his true target - in mere moments, he thought to himself with glee, he would put a spike through the heart of that insipid, drooling salesman! Truly, his was the most powerful of all the Spheres, the power of mistruths, of lies, the greatest of all! In this moment of self-congratulation, he raised a hand towards the bridge of the Taura. This time, there would be no escape-

Except...

There was a roar from below. A howling, rising scream of heroic fury.

By the time the Arietis had turned its head, it was too late.

The fist of the Standing Archer, with the entire power of its user behind it, came hurtling up from below, a shining meteor of justice aimed to demolish something it thought to be several times larger than the actual target. The realization that he'd become undone by his very own mirage occurred only at the very last second.

1617098811286.png

As the illusion faded, the Arietis lingered before the great hero of the cosmos. Electricity sparked across its body, and its eyes flickered, a hand coming down to the now massive, gaping hole in its chest where it had been struck with the full force of the underdog.

"Y-You-!" The Sheep stammered;

'An idiot... Like YOU... kills me...!?"

Crick crick, crack-

Hairline fractures snaked out from the hole across the Arietis body as it stared in utter disbelief.

"I die... Like THIS?"

The Reactor of the Lying Black sheep's voice rose to a fevered pitch, a shrill, hysterical scream of helplessness that sounded an awful lot younger than it had previously.

"A lie...! It must be... a LIE-"

1617099098008.png
With a final scream, the Arietis detonated, exploding into a hundred thousand pieces of glittering, gleaming DEC. All that was left, hovering momentarily before the two, was the gleaming form of the Sphere of the Lying Black Sheep, floating gently down to rest in the palm of the Standing Archer before disappearing, fusing into the giant's chest, to join its Sphere.

The battle, perhaps swifter than had been expected, had been won - and the first Sphere Reactor of the Twelve taken casualty.

After the beam was fired. Everything faded into black for JR. The feeling was not of falling inconscious after spending all your energies... it's just as if he suddenly felt really tired, not wanting to do anything else. As such, he just fell asleep as the attack ended.

The size of the giant pillar of light that was blasted into the sky, creating a hole right through its path, was quickly diminishing. The other ships were using their emergency reactors, as their energy had been completely drained. The Taura, even though it still had energy, was quickly heading into the ground due to the unforseen effects the last attack had on its pilot.

"Somehow, we have survived that" - Vile said as he was witnessing Zest striking down the enemy unit with ease. Almost too easily. As Vile noticed the ship heading to the ground quickly ran to the bridge in order to get it right back to its tracks. The disaster was avoided, even though it costed them the Virgola and Keith.

"How could he have fallen unconscious? We'll need to re-examine the ship in order to find the cause..." Said Vile, even though he knew it might have been due to the annormal attack that was fired earlier. This situation raised a lot of questions that would need to be answered, but for the moment, they would need to retreat to the nearest base ASAP in order to resupply.

The second in command contacted the Tausenfuesler in order to let them know they were gonna stop for resupplying at the the nearest base. Once there, they would be able to talk about what actually happened amidst the confussion.

Well that certainly was a display, the Weissritter's gaze resting on the Archer. A promising research subject they had proven to be and would continue to be, even if their decision making allowed for her to take herself a prize. Of course the fate of the Sheep was somewhat disappointing in return but there were ample single sphere users to use for information so all in all he saved her a lot of trouble and collaborated to her research.

For that the corpse had her thanks, he had performed his role admirably but had proven himself a side actor on a stage filled with main actors. Her eyes panned down, a grin forming on her face as she looked at the Virgola now what to do with him? Oh she had a few ideas- Oh wait no just anyone would do for those, he could actually be useful later.

As the Weissritter moved into the portal, taking the Virgola with it both fading into the darkness she contemplated to herself the endless possibilities she could inflict upon her prize. She'd save the testing of human suffering for another. She had a theory, a theory which the former Maiden could assist her with. That theory claiming that those who held spheres attracted each other.

The sight before her was the groundwork, five spheres in one location.

Goat, Ox, Maiden, Archer, Sheep.

With before this battle her encounter with the Crab

Which left half of the spheres yet unseen.

The Gourd, Scorpion, Twins, Lion, Scales and Fishes.

Perhaps the man in her arms could act as a magnet for them?
Otherwise she'd have to make him into one.

Surely he wouldn't mind that, and if he did. It was not like she particularly cared about his opinion on the matter.

There was an uncomfortable silence for Zest, as the Sphere of the Black Sheep fell into their palm. Their eyes lingered on it for a moment, struggling to comprehend what they had just accomplished. In a single blow, she had completely ruined all that was left of the Arietis, and claimed their sphere.

The fear she felt in standing against the monster just started to fall away. Every nagging doubt just... Disappeared... And was immediately replaced by the realization that they had to save Kenneth. Very quickly returning to their standard form, Indigo landed as gently as she could on the deck of the Pleiades...
