Russian-Alaskan Borders
8:36 a.m

The cold windy breeze blew through the clouds above the ice plains below as a large imposing figure cloaked in a red cloth was speeding through the Russian skies to intercept something. However...

She was not in a good mood.

That was mainly what would summarize Priscilla's current predicament. Being woken up so early to deploy and investigate an energy spike that seemingly is blazing a trail through war-torn Alaska. Not to mention the almost 4 hour flight just to get there. One reason she'll definetly miss her home, the ease of travel between her home, the city, the military installations, the shopping districts, not here in a military operation. She sighed as she decided to kick back and relax for the time being, they were almost there. She's been tense for the past few hours, and being on edge before a potential battle wouldn't do her any good. So she decided to quickly set the tone for herself as she pressed a few buttons within the cockpit of her Vysaga. She would usually sing alone to herself whenever she would be gardening back home, although of course she would never let anyone else see it or rather hear it for that matter, but she's quite sure her brother heard her once. But that was besides the point. For now, it was her, Vysaga, and the rapid beats that came booming from the speakers.

As the song began, she would fly down lower towards the ground, brushing past glaciers without a care in the world, free like a bird. A few twirls here and there for the extra flare and entertainment. She's never felt so free in her life, no more stuffy parties, no more drunk suitors, no more having to live the noble lifestyle. For now at least. Right now, she could be herself, especially right as the chorus came along for her chosen tune.

"KONYA WA HURRICANE!"

"Anata ni HURRICANE!"

"Tsuta-etai no LOVING YOU!"

(Loving You!)

"KONYA WA HURRICA-"

The loud beeping would cut off her short little karaoke session as she soon sat up at full attention, ready to face whatever it was that was coming over from Alaska towards Endymion's territory.

"Here it comes, my first battle."

Gideon had been flying for a good couple hours now, somewhere far away from what had transpired back in Yellowstone. He'd finally had some time to think about what all was going on. The Sentinels had gone and become a terrorist group, whatever was chasing him before gething relatively vaporized in a gutsy maneuver, this new machine he was piloting... It was a lot to process.

"Gideon. We have company." Granva would speak up as they flew through the sub arctic sky, lighting up a trail like some sort of comet. Of course, with this news, Gideon would grumble to himself.

"Roger that, moving to intercept. Let's see what this is all about..." He'd say to no one in particular as he adjusted himself. He couldn't see what was coming his way yet, but he did pick them up on sensors.

As the Lord of Fire came into view, Priscilla would squint at it. That one's... new. This might be a problem if it was coming in this direction from Terra Sentinel's territory. She would come to a stop as Vysaga came to hover in the air above, it's red cloak flowing in the wind high above as she turned on the loudspeakers to make contact with the mysterious humanoid Mobile Weapon.

"Unidentified Mobile Weapon, stand down. You are entering Endymion airspace and will be attacked if you do not comply. You have 30 seconds to turn around or to surrender."

She wasn't even sure if she could be understood. That thing looked... alien, living almost with its design, almost like some type of crustacean with cannons strapped to it. Was it some new prototype that command was unaware of?

"25..."

She started to count down, if the pilot didn't act quickly, there would be quite a few repercussions.

So it was gonna be like that huh? Well, as much as Gideon enjoyed the 'Shoot first, ask questions never' approach, he'd take a moment to try and settle this a bit more amicably. He would stop and hover in midair, watching this other mobile weapon before speaking up over the loudspeaker himself.

"Alright hold the phone, damn. I've been through the ringer these last 48 hours, so I'm gonna have to apologize for my snippy behavior." He sighed softly to himself as he would observe for the moment. Endymion? That was not a name he was familiar with. He had basically tuned out of all the mainline channels and would focus with the silence. The quiet helped him think clearly whenever he wasn't blasting.

"I need to ask, before we get too hasty here. What is Endymion? I've been keeping off the channels recently so forgive me for not knowing." Stragedy enough, his accent was reminiscent of a Lunarian noble, but there was several heavy hints of a more...Earthly accent. It sounded unique compared to most.

How did this guy not know about the formation of Endymion? It's been months at this point, unless she was correct about him not being of this world. "Endymion is the current government that's made of some sections of the Directory and the Lunarian Kingdom. I suppose you've been living under a rock, huh? Well it's only been a few months in that regard so I don't particularly blame you."

The Vysaga would slowly begin to however down towards the Granveil, it's towering size now a bit more apparent to the Masoukishin pilot. The cape began to flow gently as the breeze became less furious closer to the ground.

"Still, that doesn't explain what exactly you're doing here in that... the hell is that anyways?" She said as she tried to take a closer look at the Masoukishin, no kind of acknowledgement of familiarity came to her, not even that of his accent especially given how little she liked hanging around guys aside from her father and adoptive brother.

"I'm going to need you to step out of that thing for now, I can't have an unknown running amok here. Especially with the Berlin operation underwa-"

She would be interrupted by a couple of beeps that would pop on her radar. Personal Troopers it seemed. Were they following this guy?

"Friends of yours?" She said pointing to the telltale green streaks of a Tesla Drive trail.

He was about to speak before being interrupted by the beeping of incoming forces. He knew not if they were friend nor foe. However knowing his luck, it was the latter.

"We'll have to continue that little chat in a moment, because I don't recognize those." He spoke calmly, his tone shifting to that of a more cold and calculating sort. War was his element, and if he was gonna be fighting, then he made damn sure to bring his A-game.

"Alright...let's see what this can do." He would speak to himself as he would begin to lock onto one of the Tesla Drive signatures. The mobile weapon itself would aim it's weapons at the distant, potential target as a shimmer of heat began to emanate from Granveil. This thing was the epitome of fire it seemed like.

"If these are hostile, I hope you don't mind me not holding back a bit miss, I seldom do."

Priscilla would manage to get an IFF reading as the unknown Personal Troopers got closer. It was...

The orange crest with the great lion placed upon it. There was no mistaking them now. "Terra Sentinel. This isn't good." The massive Vysaga would turn to look down at the Granveil. She wasn't sure what exactly the pilot was planning, but she already had a feeling she would not like it one bit. "Just so you know, I'd prefer if you keep the flattery to a minimum, gets on my nerves really."

The Vysaga would dash forward as the large red cloak trailed behind it. Time to get up close and personal with the enemy.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was a good few of them. 3 brown MP Huckebeins, each with their own standard photon rifle. The standard fare when it came to mobile weapons for any military, the problem would be the leader of the pack, a Relion. Missiles, high mobility, it might be a stiff piece of work, but it should not be underestimated because of that.

For now, Priscilla only hoped that one of "those" didn't show up. She seemed to have a feeling as to why they were hot on their heels right after the Lord of Fire decided to turn up. She would confirm that suspicion later, but for now they had some terrorists to deal with.

"Hmph. Noted. I'll try to keep that in mind. Right now though....we have some baddies to put down." Gideon said sternly as he charged up the guns on Granveil's shoulders before launching a volley of green lasers at the enemies, more trying to focus the Relion but still aimingat the group as a whole. Should they split up he'd focus squarely on the Relion, at least until the others became too much of a nuisance.

Regardless, the guns on the shoulders felt good to fire. Strong and accurate. Though he was curious to see whatwould happen when those shots impacted, considering these didn't feel like ordinary laser weapons. Then...Gideon would feel a thought enter his mind. As if some...instinct was pushing him to try something he wouldn't have thought of before. It was then when a spiritual panther would appear in the cockpit next to Gideon, seeming to guide his action.

"I have an idea, how about you try this little move?" The panther spoke. Well, no time to worry about a talking animal right now, there was bigger problems.
Granveil would trace a finger through the air, drawing a sigil. As it did so, it would then point at one of the Huckbeins, as what looked like a flaming bird shot from the arm and began to track it down with extreme prejudice.

"This mobile weapon is unlike any I've ever seen..." He was referring to the one he was piloting right now. Was he really only just flying this for the first time?! No time to think on that, right now was the time to fight and it didn't matter if he piloted the thing before or not. Right now, there was one goal and that was to take out those hostiles.

Vysaga would unfurl the cloak that surrounded it, in each hand it held 3 throwing daggers that blazed with flames around them. The blue spiked arms of the Vysaga would swing out as it threw the collection of blades towards the Huckebeins, hoping to catch them with superior firepower. If not however...

Super Robot Wars OG The Inspector - 13 - Large 12.jpg

"Vysaga, sword active!" The dark knight would pull out a red scabbard from behind it's back, a lock would disengage next to the handle sticking out from the massive block of steel. From it, a shimmering blade would come forth, colossal some might call it after a fashion. Regardless, it's size and length were more than enough to cut a PT down to size multiple times. The scabbard would then be tossed aside as it vanished into thin air, followed by a flourish of the longsword to the side.

"Terrorize this, Terra Sentinel!" She said as she charged towards the Relion, the towering special's sword poised to strike in a diagonal slash. She knew she could keep up with it, but could he?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Having anticipated an initial barrage of attacks, the Huckebeins would swiftly spread their formation apart to avoid all the oncoming attacks. It was clear they were no slouches, they weren't aces but they were still quite skilled. The Huckebeins would then see fit to fire their photon rifles right at the Granveil as they began to approach it, slowly closing the gap between them in an increasingly rapid fashion. One of them would bark over the loudspeakers, "This is for Yellowstone, you bastard! No one escapes Terra Sentinel and lives to tell it!" However, for all their barking and boasting, they came to a shock when the bird-like mecha sent their way still kept up its relentless pursuit. Two of them would turn around and began to fire at the homing Hi-Familiar whilst the third continued to increase its acceleration towards the Granveil.

The Relion meanwhile would take a slight graze to it's "leg" armor as it boosted away from the laser shot at it. It would make a sharp turn in the air as a missile bay on its back would open to reveal a compliment of missiles. They would launch out before seeking both the Granveil and Vysaga both, all the while the Relion took aim to the side with its burst railgun and pointed it right at the Vysaga as it charged the mook head on. The electric discharge of 2 high power rounds licked at the air as they hurled forth towards the Vysaga's armor at near blinding speeds.

Music:

"You'll not have me. Not on this day, nor any day from here onwards!" Gideon would bark back over the loudspeaker. "Everything that I once stood for is now twisted and gone. A shadow of what it was. I cannot remain and as such, your demise shall come with fire unlike any you have seen. I regret that such noble ideals are but ash now, but I do not regret slaying those who wish to spread terror."

With that, he would launch into the fray, weaving left and right to duck around the missiles as in his hand, the hilt of a blade appeared. How strange...what was it going to do? Before any could finish that thought, a jealt of fire shot from the handle and coalesced and condensed into a blade. Think of a Beam Saber, but much more fire. He would move right towards the Relion, preparing himself to strike.

"My name is Gideon Stroeheim, last of my line. And you shall not see the sun set this day!" He declared before unleashing a barrage of attacks, slicing this way and that, seemingly at random but with great precision and speed to keep it off guard.

Meanwhile, the Hi-Familiar would continue to harass and distract the two Huckbeins targeting it as it weaved in and out of the lines of fire. Such a small target tended to be hard to hit.

"This technique should do it quick." She said as wind soon gathered around the blade of Vysaga's sword, a veritable vortex of air which she would then send towards the Relion and it's missiles. "Fuujinsen!" With a hefty yet swift swing of the sword, a destructive wave of wind would cut the missiles apart, causing them to explode and create a screen of smoke. The warnings would blare inside the cockpit, signalling Priscilla to danger. She would audibly grunt as she brought up the cape behind her and used it as a shield, dispersing the force of the railgun shots across it's synthetic surface followed by the sound of the rounds exploding due to the impact of the kinetic force behind them. The Vysaga would be covered in soot and scratches as it set its cape down, its head chasing the circling Relion.

As it circled, the Vysaga would bring up its free left hand and formed it into a fist. In between its fingers, another set of 3 throwing daggers would appear. It would rapidly increases its speed as it threw the daggers towards the Relion, throwing them outward with a moderate spread. As it picked up speed, itt would begin to pursue the Relion. Moving in to cut it down with its sword once again, this time lunging forward with a strike in order to catch it before it could boost away to safety. "Deal with the Huckebeins, this one's mine!"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Huckebein charging towards the Granveil would fire a few more shots from its Photon Rifle before grabbing a beam sword from its hip, igniting the plasma blade with a vibrant pink. It would move to intercept the Granveil's path as it swung its sword in an attempt to cut off it's right arm.

Meanwhile, the other two Huckebeins would fire off their vulcan guns atop their heads in an attempt to shoot the Hi-Familiar down. They eventually decide to join their brother in attacking the Granveil, thinking it was a remote weapon that would easily go offline once its sender was gone. However, that did not mean they would ignore it either, as they weaved left and right to avoid the Hi-Familiar.

The Relion would then focus its sights on the Vysaga, firing off another set of missiles from its pack. But seeing the Vysaga approaching it quickly, the Relion would quickly swap out its burst railgun for an assault blade. Intending to clash with Vysaga as it came closer and closer. However, the daggers would pose a problem as it lost speed by having to dodge them, allowing the Vysaga to close the gap as a result.

"Tsch, have it your way then." Gideon would focus his attention on the Huckbein that intercepted him, clashing energy blades sending sparks this way and that. The heat from Granveil's own was immense, to the point it would start to set off temperature sensors.

"So you wish to save your leader in a foolhardy attempt at glory do you? Between you and I, suicide is the coward's way out." He'd taunt the Huckbein as he would bring up a fist and slam it into the Huckbein's face, before moving to put it between himself and the two other Huckbeins that were now beginning to focus on him proper.

"Oh, and keep your idiot friends out of this. Honestly you lot have lost all semblance of honor. I'm disappointed in you." As he said this, the shoulder cannons would lock to the two Huckbeins that the Granveil was not locked in melee with and begin opening fire, now giving them two things to dodge around and keep them occupied.

Speaking of, the Hi-Familiar would continue to harass and charge the two other Huckbeins, keeping the pressure on as much as possible. Such a thing was moving so fast and maneuvering wit such speed it was hard to even aim at. Especially with Granveil opening fire on the two if them, foracing them to focus two things at once

The Vysaga would soon come upon the Relion, clashing its blade against that of the small Relion's. "I'll finish you off quick!" She said before disengaging and swinging her sword downwards in another lunge to slam the Relion down towards the ground where it would not be able to make quick use of its Tesla Drive's mobility. "Deeeeeey!" She would let out a war cry before performing said action. However, she still had to deal with the missiles. She decided to best course of action would be to use the enemy's own firepower against them.

The Vysaga, should the strike be succesful would fly down right after the falling Relion. Gravity pulling it down faster and faster until...

"Let's see how your missiles like this. Vysaga, speed maximum!" The grim visage of the dark knight would flash as it began to fly in an erratic pattern, its body whipping back and forth in an unusual manner, almost as if it was viewed in a cracked mirror. Suddenly there were 2... 3... 4... no... 5 Vysagas! A mirror illusion caused by the effect of afterimages, each was the Vysaga at on point in time. They would all close in on the falling Relion, and right before reaching the ground they would converge into one once again to cause the missiles to all focus onto one area. And just to make double sure it would be destroyed, Priscilla with a flick of her wrist sent down a set of throwing daggers towards the Relion. "Now, fall."

Following that, the Vysaga would dash away once right on top of the Relion in order to let the missiles finish the work.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Huckebein that had clashed with the Granveil would stagger back, having one of their main sensitive instruments damaged certainly wasn't going to do them any good favors. "Damn you, I'll teach you some respect for your superiors, traitorous dog! We'll punish you and what's left of that damn Directory!"

The other two Huckebeins would not be as lucky as their comrade however, facing heavy amounts of pressure on both sides, they would eventually crack under it. The Granveil's cannons punching medium sized holes through both of them whilst the Hi-Familiar shot a couple smaller ones into their now molten frames before exploding into dust and metal shrapnel.

As for the Relion, being a PT focused on speed, it wasn't built to deal with a large special such as the Vysaga that could match it in speed and overpower it in strength. It soon fell under the weights of the sword and its own armaments, causing a crater to form in the glacier, the following explosion blowing what remained of it sky high as the glacier began to crack and slide down as a result of the destruction. But suddenly... something could be heard...

Step...

Step...Step...

Step, Step, Step

There was something approaching, and it was getting faster and faster. Reinforcements.

A black shadow could be seen running from the horizon. It was too large to be a Personal Trooper, and it was too under equipped to be an ace piloted special. No, this was clearly something else. A Mass-Production Jinrai, the autonomous arbiters of Terra Sentinel. If it was here, there was only one reason why. There was an... interest.

Target: Gideon Stroeheim, unidentified Fire Masouki

Objective: Capture for analysis and interrogation

Its legs moved at a nearly blinding speed as it ran right for the Masoukishin, you would swear it was a giant human with how it sprinted, almost in an organic motion saved for its spread out arms. It would remain stationary is it neared Gideon, right before tossing a large cluster of kunais towards the Granveil. It was then followed by a leap into the air, with it's leg poised up for an axe kick right onto the Granveil's head. It was certainly big and fast, but it was certainly not without flaw.

"Superiors? You never were a superior to me." When he heard the two other Hick being get destroyed, he would allow the Hi-Familiar to return. However it would return to the Graveil in a more...direct approach, it's new path being through the Huckbein that was still functional.

Seeing this moment to properly strike, the Granveil would lunge forward to finally take down this last one and quickly by slicing through it while the Hi-Familiar would slam through the back and return to Granveil. He had a gut feeling something was...off.

Once that was said and done, and the Jintao appeared, he'd groan.

"Son of a taint. Never liked these things..." He'd say to himself before coming on the loudspeaker. "Hey lady! If you have a moment I would appreciate a little assistance here, you'll get your answers after this is dealt with." He'd call out as he got ready, seeing as this Jinrai moved towards him with great speed and woumd up for an Aerial Axe-Kick. Of course, Gideon would instinctivelyretaliate, bringing sword up to block the leg.

"You of all things shold know that to return is impossible."

The Vysaga would land on what remained of the collapsing glacier and would flourish its sword with a swing to the left and then upwards to the right. Summoning back its sheathe, it would keeps its sword within the red blocky scabbard, the powdered mist mixed with the crashing water swept behind it. A job well done, that was until...

Step...

Step...Step...

Step, Step, Step

That was not a good sign by any means as the radar lit up with a new contact. A Mass Production Jinrai. It was clear now, Terra Sentinel was in active pursuit of this guy. Well this is starting to turn into a big nuisance, not to mention he was starting to get more on her nerves. "The hell did I just say about flattery?" She said as she raised her sheathe sword above her, a bright light gathering together within the scabbard. The power of her own body made manifest within.

"Jizan Shikkuto!" The blade would then release itself from the scabbard, swinging down to form a small pillar of light which was followed by another swing that sent out the light as a wave that travelled along the ground. It travelled along the ground towards where the Jinrai would likely land after attacking Gideon. She would not stand still however, she would sheathe her sword once again and would fly towards the Jinrai, readying herself for what it would do next.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before the Huckebein could be crashed into, a notification to return would appear. The Jinrai would handle this. "We'll get you next time, you hear me!?" A blue aura would soon surround the Huckebein, it was activating its emergency escape system. "ASRS, activate!" Soon it would blast off like a comet streaking through the sky before fading into the background the ASRS's cloak function was enabled.

As the Jinrai would reach the drop of it's leap, its foot would come into contact with the Graveil's Flame Cutter. It was massive, and had enough force to knock Gideon to the ground. His decision to block it was very much unwise. The kunai the Jinrai had sent out earlier collided with the Granveil, their short blades burying themselves within the Granveil's armor, causing damage to it in various locations. Followed by the kick, the Jinrai would pummel the Granveil and it's sword at the same time, possibly forcing Gideon down in a different direction. The Jinrai would then bounce off from said kick before spinning slightly in the air to increase its airtime and to avoid Priscilla's ground wave before eventually landing.

From there, the Jinrai would place it left arm down, the shield present there would fire out a cluster of smoke bombs, covering its next approach. On its right arm, it would deploy its shuriken. The cross shaped weapon would then be thrown at Priscilla as it then sped towards her, intending to maim her and her lacking defenses.

"Tsch! Coward..." Gideon would growl through gritted teeth as the Jinrai slammed down on him and embedded a handful of kunai into his armor. He wouldn't quite get knocked off his feet, but he did get forced to one knee.

"And now to deal with this clown..." He winced a bit as he'd get back up. He'd have to find a way to repair that damage later. He'd reach up and grab a Kunai that was lodged in his sword arm as it was hindering his movement before pulling it out and tossing it aside. Okay...this thing was moving far too fast and hitting way too hard for a simple one on one melee duel. He'd have to get a bit more crafty about it. Prevent it from moving maybe? That might work.

Granveil would start to zip around the battlefield, focusing more on speed as he would open fire with his shoulder cannons. Temporarily he would put away the Flame Cutter as he needed both hands. He'd begin to draw symbols in the air with both hands in front of him before activating it, causing a large pillar of fire to erupt from under the Jinrai's feet, and spreading to a ring around it like a flame prison. He didn't know how to do that before!

"Let me show you how it works, Gideon. Light this fool up!" Granva would speak into Gideon's mind and basically...Guide him on how to do so. Well...it's magic so maybe you could think outside the box with 'spells' and do things like that. Regardless, Gideon would not let his guard down, not for a moment. Keeping his focus, he wold watch the Jinrai carefully. Whatever it did next, he would retaliate in kind.

Priscilla wasn't prepared for the smoke cloud and would hurriedly raise her guard against the incoming shuriken, batting it away with her sheathed sword to protect herself. She would also move out of the way of the incoming pillar of fire, making sure she wouldn't get burnt to a crisp by her new "friend."

She understood what he was trying to do, but with her guard down like this...

The Jinrai closed in and grabbed the shuriken that had been batted aside before using it to cut at the left arm unit of the Vysaga along with the right leg, causing a deep cut into the special's armor. "Ngh! Damnit! Need to get it to hold still..." That was when a brilliant idea came to her mind. She would hastily communicate with the Granveil on a comm channel. "Hey, you! I need you to surround this thing with more fire pillars. I have a plan. Try and trap the thing in a circle of some sort."

The Vysaga would activates its boosters, causing it to fly back into the air as it kept its sword behind its back whilst it threw down some throwing daggers in an attempt to redirect the pathing of the Jinrai into a suitable position for Gideon to corner it with his flame pillars.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Jinrai would quickly move away from Priscilla as it kept on moving, avoiding the incoming throwing daggers with ease. But it was clearly not going to sit idle for long as it ran straight for a tall glacier wall, it would then leap onto said wall before using it like a springboard to attack the Granveil whilst it was stationary and casting spells. It would perform a motion similar to that of a roundhouse kick along with a downward throw of its shuriken onto the Granveil should it manage to block of deflect the incoming roundhouse kick.

"Got it!" Gideon would call back on the comm channel as he quickly backed off, backstepping mid cast to evade the kick and shuriken attack. All he needed was an opportunity to strike...

He would keep focusing in the fight st hand, sticking to more of a defensive, keep away strategy. Seems this thing wasn't great at terribly long ranges... That would help. Of course he still had that plan to think of...that's when he had an idea. Stopping for a handful of moments, the Gravel would preform a few hand gestures close to its chest before lifting up its arms skyward. The arms would erput in flames as he brought his fists down onto the ground, summoning multiple fire pillars all around the Jinrai. (Fire Storm from Dark Souls anyone?)

"DIE YOU INSUFFERABLE PIECE OF SCRAP!" Gideon would shout out. Seems he was a bit irritated by this thing. Plus the sheer scale of the spell he just pulled off would lead to one being a bit more...energetic so to speak.

That wasn't all however. As he brought his arms down, the cannons on his shoulders would lock on before opening fire, sending out volleys of energy blasts against the Jinrai. He was legitimately hellbent on turning this thing to molten slag and/or destroying the glacier they were on it seemed like. But they could flu so it wasn't that big a problem...hopefully.

Seeing the Granveil cast a spell that caused multiple pillars of fire to appear before them slightly amazed Priscilla. It was definitely magic of some sort, she'd need to learn more about that later. But as for the present moment, she would help make an even bigger inferno.

Wind would once again gather within the scabbard, surrounding the blade that rested inside of it. She would slowly unsheathe the blade before whipping up a small tornado with her sword, sending it down towards the Jinrai as Gideon created his pillars of fire. The wind would pick up the flame, turning the inferno into a gusty hellfire. An attempt to further trap the Jinrai should it fall into the middle of the trap.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And indeed, it did. The Jinrai would soon land down, being surrounded by fire before being sucked into a gusty hell. The ice around it began to melt, creating a small crater in the middle of the glacier. Its armor began to melt off, the charring of the flame damaging its most sensitive equipment. It was for intents and purposes immobile, its systems unable to find a proper solution to its current predicament. If there was any good time to strike it, it was now.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Alright, finish it off!" The Vysaga would toss its scabbard aside once again as its cape fluttered behind it and its eyes flashed crimson red. Both hands would take hold of the sword, holding it in a triumphant salute of sorts in an upright position. "Vysaga, full drive!" Its sword would shimmer underneath the shining sun as both hands moved down into a position ready for a diagonal slash. "Godaiken, shine brightly like a flash!" Priscilla would let out a war cry as the Vysaga flew towards the fearsome flame spout, flying at speeds faster than the eye could possibly perceive.

Seeing the way this woman fought...gods, it was unlike anything he'd ever seen before. But he couldn't focus on that now! Now he had a chance to finally finish this thing off.

Reigniting the Flame Cutter, Granveil would make a couple hand gestures with its free hand as the blade shimmered and hummed before coalescing, solidifying into a solid, golden blade with etchings all the way down the flat of it.

"Let's tear this thing apart!" Gideon called out as he launched forward as well, slamming on the accelerator as he launched forward with almost equally blinding speed as he'd bring his sword into striking position as the two of them flew towards the fiery pillar.
