Day 08

I suppose it's rather atypical to start a journal on the eighth day, but I thought it rather appropriate considering that this is the first day after the most ... strange week I've ever had.

I am free.

That is what I want to start this with, the fact that I am finally free from the man who owned me and create me. The feeling of liberation hasn't left after one week. I still feel the happiest I have ever been for a long, long time. Then again, it is perhaps because I was busy putting myself in the social and financial position of that wretched man I killed that I haven't had the time to process all of the emotions that his death has caused me.

There is, of course, glee.

But I was surprised at having felt fear. In retrospect, perhaps I shouldn't be. Despite the terrible situation I've been living ever since Mother died, there was a routine to it. A routine of violence and assault and normalized abuse, but it was still a routine. Horrifying as it is, there was still a part of me that took comfort in knowing what will happen the day after. For the past seven days, I was finally free but with it comes fear of the future and the uncertainty on what I should do next.

There are also other fears aside from existential ones.

Primarily, I am worried about the cult that my Owner participated in. Most cults are harmless, but when they have the power and resources to provide a member with an autowarlock then they are far from the run-of-the-mill nutjob groups all over the Americas. They are something that I have to deal with as soon as possible, carefully and patiently until I learn the true scope of their reach and power. Until then, I shall busy myself handling the affairs that I inherited after killing the old bastard.

Magic may be an endlessly fascinating thing, but the worries of the more mundane side of things takes precedence for now.

The Warth Deenbell will have to wait.

Day 12

My first jaunt in the Warth Deenbell was nothing short of monumental. It was supposed to be something of a field test, an opportunity presented when he visited Hong Kong for business purposes. The wealth and resources at my fingertips are frankly astonishing but it can be rather tedious and stressful keeping it that way. In the past few days I've flown to Argentina, South Africa, and now Hong Kong.

I was both happy and sad to have been near China this day.

On one hand, what I've experienced was the most terrifying thing I've ever undergone through the entire time I'm alive. However ... however I've made some good in the world. A tangible and instantaneous one, unlike the charities and other donations I've been thinking of doing.

I've faced an Evil Cult and an Evil God with an Idol Group, a very angry woman in a very frightening machine, and an earnest one in a local magical deity of a mecha.

It was an ... amazing experience.

I wonder if I ever get to fight with other people fighting with me again? It was a ... beautiful sensation. Camaraderie.

I want to feel it again.

In the months following the event at China, young Asem has been busy organizing his wealth and exploring the world. He was also exploring himself and his existence.

Most importantly, the young effeminate man was continuing to learn Dogmas. Most of it were of the elemental kind. He learned how to manipulate his Fire Dogma in the rural communities in India, refined his usage of Thunder Dogma in the spire of the most mythical mountain of Greece, and forced to reevaluate how creative one could get with Water in the lost islands of the Carribean. Lastly, Asem learned more esoteric arts from the mystics of Japan.

It cost him a lot of money, but he was sure it was worth it.

He has grown strong as a Sorcerer ... but not so much as a human being.

WARTH DEENBELL

Manufacturer: Cult of Gragios
Power Source: Od Gatherer
Height: 30 meters
Weight: 120 metric tons
Propulsion: Bound Levitation Spells
Armament: Dogmas
Equipment: Foci Crystals.

Dogmas:

Lightning Dogma -- A simple but devastating Dogma, Asem forms a magical circle that shoots a devastating thunderbolt. He has mastered this ability as he can now summon more than one circle with it.
  • Lightning Dogma: God Bolt -- A finishing move. Asem forms six magical circles of sizes going from big to small, with the closest to him being the biggest. While the Warth Deenbell forms these circles on one hand, the other arm will arch back into the sky as a spear of crackling lightning forms. That spear is thrown past all the circles, forming into a very sharp and tightly formed spear that will pierce its target and maybe even the ones behind it with a thunderclap.
Blaze Dogma -- With an open hand, an orange circle forms and fires a blast of fire. Again, Asem can form multiple ones.
Extinction Dogma -- Perhaps his most powerful move yet. The Extinction Dogma is a complex one but it's power is terrifying to behold.
Aqua Dogma -- A Dogma that allows for the manipulation of water, especially large bodies of water through a magic circle in each of the Deenbell's open palms.
Frostbite Dogma -- A surprise attack Dogma. When an enemy gets close to the close-combat averse Deenbell, the Frostbite Dogma is a nasty surprise. With a magical circle in hand, rime bursts forth and coats the enemy in rapidly forming ice.
Blossoming Shield Dogma -- A powerful Dogma that forms six layered shields where the caster wills it.
