Digging for Orgone (Shane)

As the friction began to heat up and burn away Mu’s gloves, he quickly let go of the rope and held on to a support that held up the elevator shaft before swinging down to a nearby crate. “Silvers be advised, we have encountered Ashford loyalists. They’re armed with Vorlents, watch yourselves.” Mu quickly hoped down to cover behind a console in an attempt to break line of sight. But it mattered little as the roof slowly began to open, the Vorlents slowly making their exit. And right behind them, something Mu was fearing they might encounter. A Raftclans, a special custom one at that. The Klawkara model to be specific, covered in a grey paint job it quickly followed its lackeys out of the mansion’s secret warehouse.

But that posed a question, why exactly did they leave so quickly? Mu took a peek at the console he was next to, and it seemed that the computer was restored to its base settings, meaning only one thing. “They’ve wiped some of the data, I’m not sure how much is gone but we won’t get much if we don’t go after them!” Mu began to sprint towards the opening as his own Raftclans came through the roof, bending down to a kneeling position before accepting the knight into its cockpit. “Shane, with me.”

The Raftclans quickly blasted off in search of its traitorous prey, the enemies of the empress will not escape his wrath.

Whilst Mu had chosen to swing down like an action hero, Shane had merely landed on his feet after sliding his way down fully; even if thrown ever so slightly off course. The sight of those miscreants leaving already angering the squire, they'd had the gall to try and vaporize them with their PT's guns; and now they were trying to run? Oh no sir-ee! What'd been lost of the data could be assesed later, right now it was time to kick some fugitive ass

"Run em through or simply cut them short of Combat-ready?"

The cyborg spoke as he ran towards the Alteisen Nacht as it executed its heavier landing a couple moments after Mu's raftclans, jumping onto the heavy machine's cockpit and settling back onto the cockpit as it closed; synchronizing his navigations with the machine's own almost by reflex as the screens and cameras allowed him vision.
Not even waiting for the knight's reply, the Alteisen's thrusters lit up, the beetle-like figure leaning forwards before blasting right behind the Raftclans. Despite the slower ascent, the Mk.III made its lost ground the instant its legs hit the ground; charging forwards at a blistering speed in pursuit of the poor traitors that got him and Mu in pursuit.

"Shane Moon, Gespenst Mk.III Alternative - Alteisen Nacht; joining pursuit!"

As they flew up and out of the bunker, the silver Ganjals joined them at their flanks in hot pursuit as they landed on the streets. Just ahead making a mad dash for a service tunnel, the 4 Ashford loyalists were a fair distance away from them at this point. They’d reach their exit in a matter of minutes. “Shane, I’ll cut them off. You three deal with the Vorlents, the Raftclans is mine.”

The Orgone Extractor of Mu’s red Raftclans howled as it generated a green field of Orgone formed around it from the ambient energy in its surroundings. With a flash, the red Raftclans was gone and reappeared right next to the escaping Klawkara, bashing it with his shield down to the side and into another street. The Klawkara dug its claw shields into the ground to halt its momentum before standing upright once again. Mu held out the Orgone Rifle in its sword mode, the shimmering blue blade made itself known as Mu pointed it towards the Klawkara as a form of challenge.

As that happened, the Vorlents themselves split up and moved to attack from various angles, two moved to engage the Ganjals from a distance with their Orgone Guns while one moved in towards the 3 with an Orgone Cannon, charging it up to fire the weapon at near point blank range.

Alright so, three targets for him to deal with: two of them positioning to pincer him with energy shots, the third comitting the last mistake of their career; and what might that mistake be? well, charging directly towards an Alteisen; specially with the intent to attack point blank.
The Nacht's thrusters roared once more, its figure leaning forwards - its sharp blue horn aimed straight forwards.
"Ever heard what a Stag beetle does with their horns?"

Within the cockpit, Shane drew a wide grin on his face; locking right onto the charging Vorlent's body before pulling back and up on the controls. And with such a sudden pull the Gespenst Mk.III angled backwards, being shot up by the fully burning rockets on its back.
The machine's eyes flashed a vibrant green and the thrust was cut off completely, dropping the several ton-heavy machine straight onto its target; the Heat Horn now honoring its name, as its lower edge began to burn crimson red.

"Not this. Begone!"

Of course, the aim of this was clear: vertically cleave straight through the machine's armor. There was something else to do that job a bit better, but that'd need a bit more momentum and distance to properly Slam through at any angle.

Given what the Vorlent was facing, the loyalist inside felt quite certain that their superior Orgone Cannon would punch right through the inferior Terran machine. An old relic like that can never hope to match its moon borne strength. The Orgone Cannon charged up as it halted its forward momentum, aiming to blast the old steel giant to bits. A violent discharge of green burst forth, but with the mass of the Nacht accelerating its descent, the Vorlent‘s pilot soon found its target no longer in the crosshairs. The hulking mass had managed to cut off the front end of the cannon, truly an amateur move from both pilots. But one was playing with a knife, the other a corroded mass of sharp metal ready to poison any who dare question its effectiveness.

In reaction to having its cannon‘s effectiveness quite literally chopped in half, the Vorlent quickly discarded the rupturing weapon as it exploded in a shower of dangerous debris over the Moon Cradle’s populace. Thankfully, all it did was upset some bushes and cause a car alarm to go off, but anything more explosive than that near a city block could cause severe damage. Seeking revenge against its Terran foe, the Vorlent decided to charge right for the Nacht with rifle and shield in hand. While it attempted to make a landing after that exhaustive maneuver, the Vorlent gunned the Nacht down with rapid shots from the rifle, looking to follow up the barrage with a stab from the Orgone blade of its shield.

Elsewhere, the Ganjals dashed through city blocks, ensuring not to fire off any stray machine gun fire that may damage the area. But otherwise were stuck at a disadvantage in range. A few attempts were made to close in, but to no avail as one of the Ganjals was rendered nearly inoperable with both arms completely disabled, leading to a quick stab to the cockpit. The pilot shouted for help over the comms but to no avail as a rush of blood and guts being run through was all that one heard.

As for the Klawkara, Mu was trying desperately to get close. But given the Klawkara’s diverse weapons different from the usual Raftclans’ loadout, it was proving difficult to do so. That’s when he concocted an idea. As the Klawkara fired off rapid shots from its shoulder mounted cannons, Mu moved to block them with his Orgone Claw Shield. The blasts managed to scar and deform the shield as it served its defensive function, but not enough to disable its more offensive one. As the dust cleared, Mu made his move.

“Orgone Claw, deploy!” The red Raftclans’ pointed shield opened into a savage weapon, its tips charged with ambient energy. Dashing out from the smoke, Mu was ready to attack the Klawkara head on. That was until the Klawkara too did the same, deploying its claws before disappearing in a haze of green. Mu, expecting to be blindsided, immediately pivoted to his more vulnerable side where his sword arm was, his right. He was right in his assessment as the closing Klawkara caused sensors to blare as it reappeared right next to him. There were only seconds to act, and act Mu did as he utilized his claw to smash into the side of the Klawkara’s own claw shield. The grip tightened and crushed the right armed shield, with his first goal complete, Mu dashed backward but not before receiving a nasty gash across his mech’s chest. He wasn’t finished at the very least, he had to keep going, he couldn’t let that other’s sacrifice be in vain.

Ah, the Vorlent remained right out of range now did it; quite a clever maneuver all things considered, afterall an old terran machine shouldn't have much to deal with the superior armor of Luna-made machines at this range. And though that may be true for a lot of other terran machines, the Gespenst Mk.III was an odd exception to that consensus however; and though the sudden drop back onto the pavement - and the completely stalling of the thrusters - kept the Nacht unable to directly dodge the oncoming charge, it didn't entirely make it unable to counter it at the very least.

RELEASING SECOND LEVEL WEAPON LOCK-

The quite popular red Alteisen, its Riese variant as well as its blue cousin - the Nacht, which Shane piloted - didn't just count with a simple machinegun to respond to range threats; its hands outfitted with prensile fingers could manipulate a great deal of handheld weaponry as well.
But that prensibility wasn't the thing being called upon, a couple of levers and switches were flipped as Mister Moon gave himself access to the biggest piece of range weaponry at the old iron giant's disposal! That's right!

Clank Clank- BAM

The pods on the Personal Trooper's shoulders opened up revealing several sets of rectangular containers, neatly piled one over the other in layers - perhaps enough for a total of four volleys when fully loaded.
That's right, it was none other than the trump card up the Alteisen's sleeve! The...

"Have your fill, CLAYMORE!"

And thusly a layer of containers begun opening up from both the topright of the right shoulder, all the way to the bottom left of the left shoulder; the projectiles these containers kept within them being shot out like a storm of steel- or rather, Titanium, a storm of titanium pellets akin to ball bearings creating a torrent of death before the angered fugitive.

When looking at the projectiles and the way they were fired, it's safe to say their name was a reference to an old terran munition too: Anti-Personal directional explosive charges, or well, Claymore. What a delightful little machine, the Alteisen, a massive chunk of metal with a deceveing amount of power for such an old machine.

The Vorlent began to close in, this was nothing but a pile of scrap. A quick stab with the Orgone blade will destroy its inferior chassis. That was what the loyalist thought, until a hail of ball bearings were sent blasting towards it. The ambient Orgone energy formed a green field about it, but it was no use as the Claymore shattered the field and began to dent the armor in all the worst places it possibly can. The worst for the loyalist, but the best turnout for Shane as a ball impacted the head unit right off and smashed the cockpit block into itself. Soon the Vorlent began to fall backwards as the force of the shots caused the mech to backflip before landing on its frontside right into the pavement. As if laid their battered, a pool mixed between red and black began to ooze out from the chest area. The sickening visage of blood together with the fossilized remains of some creature past. It was enough to make a newbie soldier sick.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

With one Ganjal remaining, it made one last ditch effort to eliminate at least one of the other Vorlents nearby. Dashing between buildings for cover, it prepared to make a charge towards the Vorlent as it attempted to reorient itself. The horizontal speed of the Ganjal proved enough however, using its bulky shoulder to ram into the Vorlent. It proved to be successful, to follow up said success came the finisher. The Orgone Piler. One can say it was the superior version to the Alteisen’s Earth-made Revolving Stake, but that of course is a debate held somewhere else. With a plate of steel folding over the right fist, the Ganjal attached its Orgone Piler to its fist. 2 Orgone blades made themselves known to the world as they met the certainty steel, driving themselves deeper into the Vorlent’s chest before a set of crystal spikes erupted from the weapon, puncturing the chest multiple times before causing an explosion. The Vorlent’s top half flew off, as the legs were left on the spot. That did not leave the 3rd accounted for however as it blasted the Ganjal’s back legs into pieces where the armor was weak. The Ganjal collapsed to the ground helpless, there was not much it could do against another attack. Someone had to act, and fast.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

The Klawkara with only one claw left pressed the attack, a relentless assault against Mu’s Raftclans as it dashed back trying to avoid the onslaught. With his Psychodriver mind sensing something was wrong however, Mu quickly flew the Raftclans into the air, leaving himself open for attack but simultaneously allowing him to spot his downed comrade and the Vorlent next to it. There was only a few seconds to make a decision, having done this on a whim there was a very possible chance he could die, but he would rather die in service of his home than to die having dishonored the title of knight and protector. He fired off a couple of distraction shots from his rifle, deflecting against the Orgone Cloud with a 3rd shot punching through and destroying its left shoulder.

“Help him, Shane!”, Mu blurted out before getting shot by the chest and the legs by the Klawkara’s modified Orgone Cannons. With the legs damaged, the thrusters there too came under fire, causing the Raftclans to come crashing down. Thankfully they were by the edge of the area, meaning rocky structures were there for all to see alongside the mecha spectacle just outside their windows. The Klawkara teleported forth, flying high in the air as it powered up a fully charged shot of the Orgone Cannon as an opening chest revealed a third cannon to make a trio of Orgone powered blasts.

As the vorlent he'd just downed crashed into the ground, the still young pilot could not but be thankful for not having to smell the horrifying mix of blood and oil/fuel from his position; and even then, all that crossed the cyborg's mind was a degree of disgust that wouldn't let him sleep easy that night - and the job wasn't even done just yet as there was still another.
Shane was used to the enemy PTs simply exploding when damaged enough, his only first hand experience having been news flashes and videogames afterall; but either way... it was kill or be killed in this instance, what can one do but carry on. The lad had stood in place for a couple moments, the blue beetle he was piloting looking down at the wreckage he'd caused; it wasn't until Mu called out with an order that the entire machine - and the pilot within it - came back from this light daze they'd been dragged into

"Understood. Engaging"

And moments after his words went through the radio, the Nacht's thrusters flared once again - the machine leaning forwards and beginning to practically Skid through the city's roads with dangerous degrees of acceleration; time had passed since the young Garvalle had been caught out on the surface of the moon, taken for a ride on the Mk.III, and his mastery of the machine had most definitely increased. from left to right without ever leaving the floor, the Alteisen gained more and more speed, building momentum on its wild charge - behaving more like an interceptor than a fighter, a ball of steel charging at increasingly high speeds to strike first.

ADJUSTING RETICLE, WINDOW APPROACHING IN 3, 2... 1... - REVOLVER STAKE-

"ENGAGE"

The youth's voice carried a noticeably more violent tone with it as the Alteisen turned slightly to the side, drifting right by the collapsed Ganjal as it extended its left arm - the left arm was the one outfited with a Triple Barrel machinegun, a hail of bullets beginning their assault on the remaining Vorlent to trigger their defenses.

Alongside this quick drift, mister Moon's feet and hands shuffled around: turning off the left thrusters and rerouting their power to the right ones, this would allow the heavy, earth-made mech to bring all his momentum to the right side's swing.

shhh-kah.

The revolver barrel built onto the right wrist spun cleanly into the next charge - making sure it wouldn't jam - in a moment as the Vorlent could very well see the Earthling's equivalent to the weapon that'd taken down its comrade; and with momentum built and defenses misdirected, the Alteisen's arm rose to be parallel to the forwards momentum and slammed straight into the disident's armor - the metallic spike being driven further into it as the charge behind it was detonated with a loud- CHUNK

"And don't get up."

The machine's arm begun to rise up, its feet digging into the asphalt and lifting the impaled vorlent over its head as the barrel spun and- CHUNK- a second round was fired before he let the maverick's metallic casket go, dropping it onto the ground and withdrawing the old-fashioned holemaker.

If Mu were to check on Shane's status through something other than voice, he'd be able to see his cybernetic eye visibly flickering, his still biological side noticeably trembling as he held onto the controls - finger sliding behind the trigger; even if his expression didn't shift much, as far one could tell, the young man didn't exactly...like the sights the job's needs had brought upon him. The marvelous machine birthed as an attempt to be the successor to the gespenst series, only to become something greater... It didn't feel as wonderful right now; It was, afterall, a weapon.

As Shane finished off the last Vorlent, which impacted the ground with a loud crash, Mu was the only one left to deal with the elite Klawkara. But he was running out of options very quickly. “Orgone Cloud, deploy!” He may have lost his normal mobility, but he still has his Orgone Cloud’s teleportation and neither has he lost most of his weapons. In a flash of green, he disappeared and soon reappeared right on top of the Klawkara. With his shield raised for defense, he readied his sword which managed to hack away at the Klawkara’s shoulder cannons, disconnecting them and summarily causing them to explode. But he wasn’t done, far from it. As he fell, the red knight quickly deployed its Orgone Claw which grasped the Klawkara by the waist, bringing it down alongside him as he fell.

The Klawkara‘s torso suddenly turned however and smacked the lowly knight’s Raftclans right by the visor with its shield. Seeing that he was still in immediate danger, Mu let go to avoid the savage claw’s attack. He once again hit the ground hard, but as he hit the ground, the Klawkara immediately retaliated as it teleported right on top of Mu. It’s Orgone Claw glowing a hazy sky blue before it went for some strikes which clashed against the Orgone Cloud, followed by the claw shield which were both torn to pieces. He was in a spot of trouble now. “Damn you traitorous scum!”

After the collapse of the final Vorlent, both Shane and the Alteisen would be stationary for a solid 30 seconds as Mu and his own opponent came crashing down into the asphalt, constant shaking and intermitent breaths filled the cyborg's cockpit during that time - the flowing mix of steel and blood coming from those Garvalle had downed already digging its spot in the haunting nightmares that'd follow the operation; but there was a job to do... And the Nacht still had ammunition and fuel.

"Hey, blue beetle... let's- hrmm... deserting would only make it worse for mom and dad. what were you thinking you jackass, just let's kick it into high gear, one last time today"

The old machine's green eyes lit up with a sudden flash, its head and upper torso turning to face the duel between the Klawkara and the Raftclans. Heavy, lumbering steps following its almost methodical turn before abruptly coming to a halt - soles digging into the asphalt as it ducked down like an athletics runner, preparing to blast off at full throttle.

Communications would be accosted with the humming of a track one could mostly recognize from a video game, the Alteisen Nacht's propulsion systems coming alive alongside a forwards step - beginning its assault with a position simillar to that of a surfer or snowboarder instead of remaining a biped tank for this upcoming finale.

The crank designated for the PT's throttle was pushed to its built-in limit and Shane left it there, hands properly taking hold of movement and aiming without compromising on direct ramming speed; and for what he had in mind, braking wasn't gonna cut it anyways.
As the Nacht neared the position of the Orgone powered battlers, the barrels on its left arm beginning to rev up as that of the right arm's stake rolled sideways into a new munition. The horn on its forehead becoming an outstanding crimson as its temperature increased, the only un-prepared weapon in the steel giant's arsenal remaining the Claymore charges - perhaps deemed to risky, or perhaps supressed by the fear instilled into his noggin'.

Moon would slide into range, flaring its thrusters to hop over the compromised raftclans in an attempt to catch the Klawkara with its heat horn in a direct thrust forwards at practically full speed; following its landing the revolver stake would be pushed and dug straight into the cement - an axis for a desperate full speed turn, which in itself was accompanied by sustained fire onto its target (both a failsafe in case the initial charge failed, and a way to remain on the offensive should Shane's desperate gamble work out)

As the charging beetle made its way towards the Klawkara, the elite unit turned to face the rampaging hunk of iron. With it being too focused on the Raftclans, the Klawkara too quickly discounted the Nacht’s interference. Though it still had enough time to put up some form of defense as it quickly lowered the shield closer to its chest as the Orgone Cloud manifested about it to brace for an impact. But with the speed the Alteisen had built up, the woefully unprepared Klawkara found that this old Terran machine had horns, horns which pierced not just the Orgone Cloud but the shield as well as the arm holding it.

With its defenses effectively skewered, the Klawkara was taken along for a ride as the Nacht came to a full stop and began to unload right into the head unit, wrecking it wholesale as it turned to scrap metal. But in the position, the Klawkara still had one last trick, that of course being its Busker Mode to super charge its Orgone Cannons. Taking in the surrounding Orgone energy, the Klawkara glowed a fluorescent green as the cannons on its shoulder and chest fired and fire down at the Nacht, most shots aimed for the main body as well as the gatling arm.

Someone once said (when speaking about the Nacht's red cousin) that should there be something unequivocally good about the Alt, that'd be its armor. And in this situation, Shane was inclide to aggree! orgone cannon shots making this inarguably final deadlock a more than treacherous affair to unravel, but what options were there if not to sustain it and come out of it still armed and ready?

It didn't take long until the damage begun to reach around the cockpit, a small electric spark coming from one of the outward displays almost at the same time as the triple gatling's cannons begun to jam up and be riddled with holes - one weapon down - the pilot's options kept on reducing as he tugged at the controls, forcing the Gespenst Mk.III to take a step forwards (digging its heat horn further into the Klawkara's shield arm). At this range his remaining weaponry wasn't as effective as it could've been, there just wasn't enough distance to build speed for a charge with the Revolving Stake, and activating the Heat Horn again to cut through would allow his foe to escape

Then what? what can I...

His eyes cycled through status screens and ammo counters as more and more damage notifications filled his view, everything shaking as even the worthwile armor begun to cave in to the powered up cannon - faster than the young man had expected too - and what they landed on equally terrified and invigorated the squire.

KSHHHHHH- PAM PAM

The covers on the remaining Claymore charges opened up with a pair of ominous mechanic slams, and with a single roar of frustration - Shane pulled the trigger once more, the ball bearings firing off barrage after barrage onto the Klawkara until there were none left to fire. Even as the machine fired and its pilot's voice roared and wavered in clear defiance of what would've otherwise been a grim fate, its eyes didn't spark up once more, impassibly facing down its foe - regardless of wether their final ace did away with its ever reliable trump card.

As the Claymore compartments flew open, the rush of ball bearings battered and chipped away at the clawed knight’s armor. The force alone was enough to send even the cannons above its shoulders flying. Eventually, with enough brute force from the volley of balls, the Klawkara came to a halt and went almost limp over the Nacht’s azure shell. The body collapsed and hung right in front of the Nacht’s head, the machinery oozing with black, green, and red. It was a grizzly sight, but preferable to the alternative of not seeing anything at all.

“By Her Radiance… that was close.” Mu’s still functioning red Raftclans slowly sat up slightly as it turned to see the Nacht with its prey skewered above its horn. The knight was simply relieved that he managed to survive an encounter with a fully powered elite Raftclans, especially one such as that that was even more unorthodox than the other variants.

“Are you alright, Shane?”

Slowly, the damaged Nacht dislodged the broken down klawkara from its horn, taking a couple steps back from the bleeding scrap heap as the claymore compartments closed once again; the triple barrelled machinegun was most definitely trashed - the right side of its armor riddled with holes and lightly smoking from the continued fire it'd survived. In many ways, the fact it even managed to put the orgone powered machine into that close a hold would be naught but a feat of luck - or at least the stressed out pilot within the blue beetle would think as much, his heavy breathing coming clearly through the mic as the Gespenst knelt down and opened its cockpit

Tap. Tap. bwweeearghhh

Shane stepped out of from his seat, leaning over the edge of its foothold to let his guts contents down onto the pavement - his already pale skin turning even ghostlier as he did so; After that however, the young man whiped the spit off his mouth and stood up, lifting his right arm and stretching out a thumb to answer Mu's question before going back onto the mech

"I've been better, the Nacht definitely has; left hand is wrecked, machinegun is inoperable... claymores are empty and only got three shots left on the revolver barrel"

The heavyness of his breath was clearly worrying alongside the faint image left on Garvalle's face after emptying his stomach, most likely having pushed both himself and the machine beyond what they would've been able to do on their own - or even against the given opponents

"But I'm... Alive, and the Alt's moving; how's things on your end, boss?"

“I have certainly been better. But taking on a unit such as that is no small feat.” He exited his mech slowly as he talked before jogging over to Shane, looking at the contents of his last meal spilled across the floor. Well, he certainly didn’t have the stomach for this, but he certainly had the heart for it.

“You have done both Luna and your family a great service today, Shane. With less traitors like them around, you needn’t worry for the safety of your family, hopefully you and them will sleep better knowing that.” He tried to assure the newbie pilot that what he did was the right thing, even if in that moment he was not able to see it. But he will have to come to terms with that soon, this unstable period of change means more threats on the horizon, so long as people like Ashford or the Combine exist.

“Now then…” He placed a pair of fingers on his ear, activating his earpiece. “Gold 1 to all Silvers. Secure the perimeter. Nothing gets in our out of Moon Cradle without a thorough inspection. Sweep Ashford’s basement and compile all the information at my desk.” He lowered his hand from his ear before patting Shane on the shoulder. Perhaps something nice to fill his stomach will help, and thus he nodded his head in another direction. “There’s a place not far from here I saw on the way to the estate. Perhaps I can treat you to a meal for a job well done?”

"Something to eat would definitely be nice"

As Mu patted the lad on the shoulder he'd be able to see how the young'un wobbled in place, shaking around slightly in place to get his bearings back before properly walking behind the knight himself; They'd done...a good job - Shane thought - they were alive and though their machines had been better an hour prior, the knight and squire were still walking

"I do want to ask, how did the Nacth make its way up here? pretty sure its red cousin was terran"

A fair question that he probably should've asked much sooner in his career as the Nacht's pilot, but as it stood wether he was given answer or not didn't really seem to matter; the cyborg lad taking a hand to his chin and sinking into thought as they walked, the very inquiry having restarted the gears turning in his brain.
A job well done and a good plate of food seemed like a good mix,
let's keep the work up! Garvalle thought, a pep coming to his steps, eager to fill his empty stomach and get to maintenance.

"Oh, that old thing? I am not quite so sure myself honestly speaking." He gave a sincere yet similarly puzzled response, though of course he had his ideas as to why a Terran relic like that was here. "If I had to make a guess, they sent it here in the hopes that Lunarian technology and expertise would be able to fix certain flaws the machine has. Mainly the inflexible mobility if I had to hazard a guess, especially given some of our larger machines."

He shook his head however, as there was nothing Lunarian engineering could do to change inherent weaknesses in the design of that machine. If anything, they would have had to start from scratch. But there was also another idea as to why it was here. "But given I still see those flaws in that machine, they might have sent it here instead that it might find a better pilot. The honor of that title of course belonging to you, Shane."

He walked in front of Shane as he lead him towards their destination. It seemed to be a small cafe that specialized in a wide range of foods as he was able to see on their window display from a distance. "And I believed you have earned it. You're alright in my eyes, see that you keep it up and soon you'll be worthy of being a knight, Ser Garvalle."
