Following the events of the near destruction via satellite, Minerva found herself feeling... alone. Ashley and the other two were gone, that was all of the fun ones and the smarter one. Plus side, Roman stuck around. That caused a whole new issue though. Two, actually. Getting him the data... and dealing with what took her far too long and a bit of teasing to realize as a crush. Work took longer when he was around and it was delightfully irritating. At least he filled the gap left behind by her friends disappearance. Eliza's cat helped too, poor thing.
She settled on giving the data through a storage media hidden in a trinket. She just had to hand make said trinket... She had time after Vertalis grounded her for her actions in the battle, mostly for ignoring him. Of course the grounding did not extend to spending time with her friend since she would 'show signs of life' around him. His presence definitely helped her not go completely off when Cuddles was taken away to 'install improvements'. If they wanted to 'improve' him without her, she'd do the same! She began work on an AI for Cuddles in secret- semi-secret since Roman would learn of it.
