New cross species military unit announced with human commanding officer - new step forward in military reform?
The formation of the new unified military branch of the Starseeker combine is going well, following on from the success of the guardian drop operation. While there have been some concerns over the balance of human and non-human commanding officers, the recent appointment of former revolutionary Kathryn Marsh has been seen by some as an attempt to allay these fears.
Ms.Marsh, Age 20, was instrumental to the second colonial revolution alongside her custom Mobile Weapon - a reproduction Valsion unit that performed bravely during both the battle of L4 and the Luna Massacre. Military sources have confirmed that she was injured in the latter battle and has spent the past four months recovering and training - preparing to take the field once more. She has been installed as 'Primary Officer'* of a new rapid-response bioroid unit, and while this is only speculation sources within the military have claimed they will be moving into action soon.

Ms.Marsh was unable to comment, but we have been permission to print a statement from her aide, former Circle officer Captain Aurora Caeks.
"This new program is part of a long-term attempt to integrate human tactics and manpower with our traditional bioroid arsenal. While there have been some logistical and personal difficulties along the way, we believe pursuing this goal will make future cooperation between our species and military forces much easier. Initial results have been highly promising, and once the need for secrecy passes I would happily perform an interview on the specifics of our activites."
Captain Caeks was not available to answer further questions, but inside sources claim the unit has already eliminated at least one Directory Ace. More to come once these claims have been verified.
