However due to the nature of the project which he used to be a part of, if not the vocal point of, not much is known about Shevirat. Most information sealed behind locked doors and files which are likely burned to ash by now. What is known however is that Shevirat is either a descendant of or directly a Lunarian, given the notable psychodriver abilities from a non-Japanese background this is likely true information and not fabricated.
An almost dismissively callous person with an upbeat persona, someone who will grind a person to dust and smile all the way through. Not by a lack of care about human suffering, his nature as a psychodriver makes him plenty aware of the suffering of others, not by his own volition either.
