Name: Magnus Terebra
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Height:
Weight:
Eye Color:
Hair Color:
Brown
Ethnicity: Japanese
Other Information: Magnus Terebra is an oddity, even among the Shura. Around seventy percent of his body has been replaced with cybernetic amputations and augments that greatly enhance his physical abilities beyond even what a normal human or Shura is capable of. Due to the severe amoount of augments however, he is more machine then man; only his head remains of his original human "self". A true fighting machine, a "Shura God" in the flesh, his physical prowess gives him the power to crush trees and rend steel with his bare hands.

In terms of his personality, he is a serious warrior who is a battle-maniac by nature. It seems that, if he were to meet other Shuras along his travels, he would end up entering a mode of "there is no choice but to talk with our fists!" He longs for destruction more than any king, so much so that even the Shura King, who encourages and thrives off conflict, sees him as "too much" and had give him an "honorable discharge' so as to not oppose his rule. If he were to stay, his savagery would have made him challenge the king, as that is their way of life.

He doesn't speak, not because he choose not to, but because he can't. His body has been modified to the extent that his vocal cords no longer function. His eyes could pull out the inner side of people. Most of the people who met him were nothing but terrified. Since they only acted like that, it was natural there was no need nor worry that he couldn't use words. Even if he wanted to communicate, considering he was the type of person who preferred to speak through his fists, he comes off as a man whose actions speak louder then any words.

Biography: Magnus Terebra is a member of the Shura race, a race similar to humans that live only to fight, as per their lifestyle and customs. He exemplified the Shura ideal greater then any other; for years he fought harder and raged louder then any other. He fought for so long that he doesn't remember why he started in the first place, or what was his motivation beyond "this was just the natural way of things". He was simply enraptured and killed solely for the joy it brought him. He had preserved the desired purity the Shura had been fostering for eons before he was born, but even they, who were not normal, realized that he was different from them. A true Shura is one who forsakes their humanity in pursuit of power, immortality, fame, or fortune. In his case, he did so solely for the selfish ambition of fighting stronger and stronger opponents.

The Shura King, while proud of his people's way of life, sees them as a potential challenge to his rule, and decided to banish him. It was not out of hate or malice, but the pure fact that "there can only be one Shura King." They understood that this was the way their people lived, but letting that energy fester unchecked would only lead to self-ruination. Instead, like letting a rabid dog loose, he sent him on a journey with no real destination. For ten years he has wandered the world, fighting without rhyme or reason. Only the words "you must challenge your limits" remained in his memories, given to him by the Shura King himself. Led by these words, Magnus thought that the only way he can return to his people with anything resembling a sense of pride was to continue following the way of the Shura and fight, eventually replacing his memories with the nature of a demon.

Mobile Weapon: Rakshasa (Custom)

Affiliation: Shura Army (Honorably Exiled)

Combat Style: Brawler/Melee
Strengths: He is extremely strong, his augmented body being akin to the Shura God suits in power. It's small frame makes it quite mobile in comparison to regular suits, allowing him to act as a wasp with a powerful sting whose agility cannot be stopped by "swatting."
Weaknesses: His style of combat is very much direct and blunt, as the Shuras tend to rarely use underhanded tactics. This makes him susceptible to such tactics in the battlefield, making him easy to outsmart.

Model Number: N/A
Code Name: Rakshasa
Manufacturer: Shura Army
Operator: Magnus Terebra
Power Source: Life Force
Height: Same as the Pilot's Height
Weight: Same as the Pilot's Weight
Propulsion: Fin-like blades that allow for hovering and flight
Armament: Just like other Shura Gods, it sports no visible weapons
Equipment: He lacks the Direct Motion Link System-esk device that is usually installed, due to the fact the suit is actually his body, and direct input from the brain makes the need for such systems unneeded.

Finishing Moves:
  • Machine God Fist (機神拳 Kishin Ken): The Rakshasa has its own special variant due to its small stature. It flies to the back of its enemy and delivers a stunning elbow strike. It follows up with a flurry of kicks that eventually sends the enemy upwards with a backwards flipping kick. As the enemy falls down, it delivers a powerful punch that knocks the enemy away.
  • Machine God Heaven's Command Charge (機神双獣撃 Kishin Tenshō Honretsu): The Rakshasa gathers energy around its fists as it preforms a rotating hand charge, which fires a single dragon-like blast that enter the target's armor before bursting out. It differs from the others in that it has 1 dragon instead of 2.
  • Machine God Gauze Fissure Fist (機神猛撃拳 Kishin Raretsu Ken): The Rakshasa while powering itself up and it approaches the enemy, with a wasteland background in the horizon, dashing with its whole body, now glowing with life energy from its pilot, swinging with a mighty overhead strike. The energy from the attack paralyzes its target, and while his enemies are stunned by the impact, he immediately follows with a barrage of rapid-fire punches that sends them flying. The Rakshasa would follow up by jumping to the enemy and delivers a shattering kick, crossing its arms as it finishes with Magnus reciting the name of the attack.
  • Machine God Fist of One's Whole Soul (機神猛撃拳 Kishin Zenrei no Ken): The Rakshasa concentrates energy into into projecting a destructive dome of energy around them. It blows all victims within range as it rushes towards its opponent, channeling the domes energy, and the pilots entire life energy, into a single punch. It is an attack that kills the user after it is used. It is also called Saiha Ken (砕覇拳, Breaking Supremacy Fist) as it is potentially capable of rivaling the power of the Shura King, being an attack that "sublimates one as a true Shura, a demon that lives and dies by the way of battle. Even if it costs ones own life, they will seek victory, even into the depths of hell."
History: The Rakshasa is odd even among Shura Gods (修羅神, Shurashin). It is not the hulking mechs that most are known to be, but it was something that was crafted from the flesh and bone. In essence, "instead of piloting a Shura God, one has become a Shura God." As a Shura God, it drains the life energy of its host and turns it into its strength. The side effect of this system is that Magnus will have his lifespan shortened. The strain on himself in particular is almost 50% less then the other Shura Gods, giving him a bit more lifespan then other hosts. Since he cannot take it off however, he is constantly having his lifeforce drained at a consistant pace. He himself understands he may not even make it to the age of 30, but that is fine. He is a Shura, and a Shura lives and dies fighting.
