Biography: Ayna Ayameter was born to a military family, the daughter of a well-renowned Directory pilot-turned general, along with her brother Tache. From an early age, she was an incredibly rambunctious youth, inspired by stories of heroes and warriors, always hungry for action. As was family tradition, she enrolled in a piloting school as soon as she was of age. However, her rebellious demeanor, overconfidence, and endless glory-chasing meant she found herself in conflict with school authorities quite a few times. As a result of this behavioral record and her father’s overprotectiveness, she found herself stationed in the ass-end of Directory-controlled space, a rather unfitting assignment for “the galaxy’s best pilot”. She spent her days there shooting asteroids and impatiently sitting in her cockpit waiting for any real action. Unfortunately, she got her wish. The Combine took control of her assigned station in a brutal raid, and Ayna was one of the few survivors. She managed to fight off the invading forces long enough to load the last few survivors onto a ship, and they then fled together. After dropping the survivors off, Ayna struck out on her own with the ship, which she dubbed the Firebird, and her Mobile Weapon and went independent. She works basically whatever she can to get by, whether it be cargo running, passenger transport, bodyguarding, bounty hunting, or other odd jobs.

Strengths: Ayna, for all her boasting, is a really good pilot, both in conventional ships and Mobile Weapons. Her control, reflexes, and maneuvering skills are all exceptional, especially in zero g. She flies circles around opponents, launching in her Falken with a plethora of light arms to deal a consistent amount of damage.
Weaknesses: Ayna is, without question, overconfident. She’s talented, but she has a habit of punching above her weight class and flying without caution or forethought. She’ll break away from her teammates to engage solo, pick a fight with the strongest person on a battlefield, and generally be incredibly cocky. This is compounded by the fact that, for all her skill in flying, she’s only an average shot and has trouble aiming while moving at her usual speeds, typically leaving it up to auto-aim.
